Last month, we hosted a successful culinary team building San Diego event for 35 guests out of L’Auberge Del Mar. Located at The Curious Fork in beautiful Solana Beach, the program showcased San Diego’s popular foodie culture. Check out some highlights from the event below!
The event kicked off with an appetizer challenge. Led by a professional chef, guests worked in teams to prepare several tasty starter dishes including Lobster Bisque, Beet Hummus, and more.
Craft Cocktail Design
Next up, a mixology class taught by our professional bartender/instructor. After learning proper technique, strategy, and approach, guests created craft cocktails utilizing fresh ingredients like persimmon, apple, pear, peaches, and fresh herbs.
Moroccan Themed Seated Dinner
Finally, participants sat down for a Moroccan-inspired catered dinner. On the menu, a starter of baby greens followed by Chicken or Vegetable Tangine, Saffron Quinoa Couscous, and Roasted Stuffed Eggplant, concluding with a dessert course featuring Honey Glazed Almond Pastries.
